Return & Exchange Policy

At Veerji Flavours your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in ensuring the quality and safety of our products. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges only if the product is:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Defective or incorrect
  • Reported within 48 hours of delivery

To be eligible, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products purchased during sales or promotional offers
3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer care team at support@nourishnatural.in within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly include your order number, reason for return, and a clear photo of the product and packaging.

4. Refunds

Once your return is approved and the product is received at our warehouse, we will credit a refund within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we’ll ship the replacement product once the returned item has been received and verified.

We have 7 day replacement and exchange policy; if the replacement and exchange is accepted, the product will be delivered within 5 days

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
