We currently ship across India and offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping availability and delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Time
- Domestic Orders: Usually delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch.
- International Orders: Typically delivered within 10–15 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, courier delays, or regional restrictions).
4. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all prepaid domestic orders above ₹999.
- A standard shipping fee applies to orders below this amount.
- International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on location and package weight.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details. You can use the tracking link to monitor your shipment’s progress.
6. Undelivered or Returned Orders
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address details, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, we will contact you for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@nourishnatural.in with your order details and photos of the package. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.
